This was a little project I did matching foods to the colours of the rainbow.
FYI, blue is one tough little colour to do (& mostly not in season in Australia)!
violet | blueberry & white chocolate scones w/ lavender sprinkles
blue | fresh vanilla & jasmine flower ice cream
green | crunchy peanut butter green apple & sencha green tea
yellow | chai-infused oats topped w/ organic toasted muesli clusters & fresh raw honeycomb
red | fresh cherry & pomegranate jam pavlova & rosewater turkish delight
Someday, I’ll find time to bake one of those kaleidoscopic rainbow cakes. .

Thank you so much for thinking that! It’s really encouraging =) I’m hoping to try this out again – once I figure out how to get my hands on some good-looking blue food! 😉

Whoa, this is amazing! Particularly like what you did with the green one – how did you capture the water like that? And just wondering what camera with you use? Great work 🙂
